Hi, my name is Claire and I am looking forward to being your Personal Trainer and working with you to achieve your fitness goals.

I am a Master Trainer and health and fitness has been a huge part of my life for many years. I started training in a gym almost 20 years ago!

During those years I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly side of exercising and strength training. Those years of experience are invaluable to me, but the techniques we teach these days are much safer and kinder to your body. After all, our goal is to get you in the best shape that you can be.

Something else you should know about me is that even though I have always been active in the gym, I have had my own fitness and weight loss challenges along the way. I once tipped the scales at 94kgs and I wasn’t even pregnant!

Even though losing weight was hard, very hard at times, losing that weight and getting fitter than I have ever been has been the best thing to happen in my life. Having said that it is hard, the hardest part actually was being ready and taking the first step, and for you it will be even easier because I am here to help you, motivate you, and show you how to improve your health, fitness and ultimately your life.
