We will conduct a fitness assessment as part of this first workout together and will record all your details using state of the art measurement equipment that allows us to calculate your BMI, bone density, hydration levels, muscle mass and many other statistics. This info is crucial in helping you identify what you want to achieve and the kind of program that will help you achieve it. Your personalized program and also the pricing structure will be entirely dependant upon your goals and the plan we agree together. Many people don’t really know what their goals are, or how to quantify them, so that’s where our expertise comes in.
